We are proud to announce that our first EP, entitled '001', is out now and available to download for free.

"La Dune's first various artists release, '001', is bound to make underground house music enthusiasts dribble. Starting with Jacques Torrance's 90s revival "Stay Here" driven by hip-hop influences with a sample from Migos' 'Bad and Boujee', followed by Corée du Nord's deep and dream-like "Season of Love". With its sample of a complaining girl, Jimmy Salmon's lo-fi track 'C'est La Merde' evokes the desperation of current french youth. Yuji then combines the melancholic tone of Mac Demarco's "Chamber of reflection" with a fast paced kick and percussion in "I Don't Know Man". And so, the EP concludes on Kundalini's intriguing bouncy and sample-rich piece: 'Boneless Pizza'. This collection of tunes hopes to prove the everlasting talent and innovative devotion of emerging artists across five different countries."

All sorts of juicy and delectable lo-fi deep house, sprinkled on top with some tech and acid, simply too good to pass up on late-night weekend escapades, be it in the car, friend's garage party, or back in the apartment. The absolute dreaminess of this comp conflicts me; as much as I love to get down and boogie to this, so too I would love to fall into a deep sleep with this playing in the background. Then again, what's stopping me from one doing right after the other, huh, ha ha! DJ Home Movies

There's a new slew of house producers out there who pick weird DJ names (Bowlcut, Seinfeld, Boring, ...) and drop analogue, seemingly simple house tracks. All a simple soul like me desires. What a great time to still be alive! Frederik David
